Conduct client intake as the first point of contact, delivering prompt updates and managing files from initiation to completion. Prepare correspondence, legal documents, and court materials while handling client billing and processing mail. Manage diaries, appointments, and meetings to ensure efficient operations across Townsville, Cairns, and Darwin locations. Serve as a reliable administrative support for the legal team, maintaining confidentiality and utilizing legal technology tools.
