Job Summary
RN House Supervisor provides hospital-wide leadership across departments, overseeing activities in the absence of hospital presidents/directors, mentoring nurse leaders, and ensuring safe, quality care. Leads with advanced communication, clinical/business acumen, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies; partners with physicians, staff, and families; drives performance improvement, staff recruitment/retention, patient throughput, and compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- RN license (Georgia or compact license)
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification (preferred or instructor preferred)
- Bachelor's Nursing or higher (BSN) or Master’s/N.MBA/N.Health Admin (per posting)
- 2+ years clinical experience; 2+ years nursing leadership or supervisory experience (as of 2017 grandfathered provision)
