Float, House Supervisor (Columbia County)

RN House Supervisor provides hospital-wide leadership to all departments, overseeing activities in the absence of senior leaders, drives clinical and business outcomes, coaches department supervisors and charge nurses, ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, applies Lean Six Sigma and performance improvement practices, and partners with physicians, staff and families to deliver safe, efficient patient care.
