Job Summary
Provide travel-enabled clinical triage, patient education, and follow-up across Planned Parenthood health centers; participate in abortion services; deliver excellent customer service; train new HCA personnel; work independently with minimal supervision; communicate effectively with management, peers, and clients; advocate for health center administration and policy; perform other duties as assigned; travel to multiple sites (Denver metro/front range) to support health centers as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Typing and organizational skills
- Willingness and ability to travel with reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a changing environment
- Spanish speaking preferred
- Health center experience desirable
