Job Summary
Executive Assistant (EA) provides project and business administration support to the search team, including document preparation and management, scheduling/interviews/meetings, accounts receivable/payable, expense reporting, correspondence, and file management. The role involves problem-solving within the search process, calendar maintenance, travel itineraries for consultants/clients/candidates, client relationship support, verification of candidate degrees, maintaining confidential communications, and contributing to team operations with reception relief and back-up EA duties. Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality are required; proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with database environments are valued.
Required Qualifications
- High school education required; college degree desired
- Proficient knowledge of all Microsoft Office products
- Minimum keyboarding skills of 60 wpm
- Experience dealing with people at all levels of an organization
- Professional services experience a plus
