Float Dialysis Technician

Float Dialysis Technician (PCT) responsible for delivering patient-centered dialysis care across multiple clinics in the Columbus region, including Dublin, Marysville, Hilliard, and Columbus West. Duties include admitting patients to treatment, weighing and monitoring vitals, operating dialysis machines and RO water systems, monitoring alarms, maintaining sterile technique, collecting patient data, and documenting observations under the guidance of a nurse/preceptor. Must be able to work a rotational schedule with early mornings, long hours, and availability on weekends/holidays. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and comfort around blood and needles; dialysis experience is preferred with BONENT certification or CHT being advantageous. The role includes some clerical duties and collaboration with nurses, adherence to safety and state/federal regulations, and willingness to train across multiple clinics within the territory.
