Job Summary
Perform CT procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols, ensuring proper patient screening, positioning, and image quality. Administer contrast media safely while monitoring patients throughout exams to guarantee comfort and safety. Verify patient information, orders, and documentation for accuracy, and maintain CT equipment by reporting issues promptly. Adhere to safety, infection control, and radiation standards while collaborating with radiologists, technologists, and front office staff. Keep exam rooms and work areas clean and organized. Full-time Monday-Friday schedule with no on-call requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- Registry in Computed Tomography (CT)
