Conduct daily office operations and maintain accurate balancing records while troubleshooting outages. Handle consumer and business customer problems professionally, directing complex issues to leadership as needed. Listen to specific customer needs, ask clarifying questions, and seamlessly guide them to appropriate financial solutions. Provide timely follow-up on correspondence and refer customers to bankers for consultative conversations. Maintain strict confidentiality, adhere to the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct, and ensure all actions align with bank policies and risk appetite. Work collaboratively across different financial centers with a high school diploma and flexibility in scheduling.
