Job Summary
Provide direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while charting in the POC system. Demonstrate time management and prioritize tasks while traveling to multiple facilities within a designated Benedictine region as required. Maintain good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry and hold BLS certification. This float role offers opportunities throughout the upper Midwest for a non-profit senior care organization founded by the sisters of St. Scholastica, which operates on core values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice.
Required Qualifications
- Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- BLS Certification
- Must be required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed
