Job Summary
Meet face-to-face with customers to assess banking needs, process account information, and recommend financial solutions based on unique goals. Originiate and close consumer loans, open new accounts, and manage branch operations including opening and closing the branch. Travel to defined branch clusters as assigned while maintaining a flexible work schedule of six days per week. This role requires ten or more hours of driving per week beyond the home branch commute. You will act as a role model within supported branches, handle various security and operational procedures, and demonstrate customer obsession through consistent follow-up.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four to five years of customer service experience
- Four to five years of sales experience
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Ability to handle various security and operational processes and procedures
- Under minimal supervision
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Previous supervisory experience
- 10 or more hours of driving per week
- Working from a U.S. Bank location for all scheduled workdays

- Advanced knowledge of all retail products and services
