Job Summary
Assist in various roles including cashier, sandwich maker, and customer service representative during busy hours or staff shortages. Ensure accurate preparation of sandwiches and menu items while maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and food prep stations. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing inquiries. Support inventory management through restocking supplies and notifying management of low levels. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and follow all health and safety guidelines. Be adaptable and willing to learn new tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility in work schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food service or customer service role preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
