Job Summary
This on-call position requires providing administrative support for supervisors and professional staff, particularly in residential and community programs. Duties include addressing customer service requests, maintaining databases, preparing reports, managing schedules and files, and offering support during meetings and events. Must have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of clerical experience, and effective communication skills. Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision is essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- A minimum of one year of responsible, full-time experience in a secretarial or clerical capacity
- Proven typing speed of 40 net wpm
- Computer literacy; ability to use MS Office applications at an intermediate level
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated task management and execution skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and maintain deadlines
- Must be able to meet and receive a criminal records clearance
Desired Qualifications
- A valid California Driver License
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Current proof of auto liability insurance
- Clean DMV record
- Associate’s degree or graduation from a recognized Business School or a related field
Additional Requirements
- Must meet and receive a criminal records clearance as required by Title XXII, other licensing regulations, and Momentum practices.
