Job Summary
Restaurant Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations at Flipt, overseeing shifts, supervising servers/hosts/bussers, managing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining quality and cleanliness, handling scheduling and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and proficiency with restaurant management software/POS systems, and be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor, assistant manager, or a similar leadership role in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
