Job Summary
Lead and manage a Field Quality Team in Everett to ensure products, services, and processes meet customer contract requirements, engineering standards, company procedures, and government regulations. Develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures to enhance performance and quality outcomes; create and execute strategies that promote continuous improvement and operational excellence. Provide education and coaching on the Quality System, empower team members to uphold quality standards, make airworthiness determinations with regulatory agencies, acquire and allocate resources efficiently, and build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers, and direct reports to drive collaboration and success. Inspire, develop, and motivate a high-performance culture that embraces change and enables professional growth. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives
- Must be willing and able to work any shift (may include weekends/holidays; overtime)
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience)
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred (per qualifications)
- A&P license is preferred
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing multi-functional teams within a Quality Management environment (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, guiding, and leading teams (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience demonstrating business, analytical, and problem-solving skills (preferred)
- Experience in a production/factory environment (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) (preferred)
