Job Summary
Flightline Operations Managers (Level K) at Boeing require leading AOG repair and delivery activities, ensuring airworthiness certification, supervising final installations, testing, and release for flight; coordinating with flight crews, engineering, suppliers, and customers; developing project and process plans; securing resources; and mentoring employees. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of leadership experience (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completed Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
- FAA A&P License or the aircraft years and experience necessary to obtain an FAA Repairman's certificate
- 3+ years of experience in aircraft delivery, maintenance repair, and/or Aircraft on Ground (AOG)
- 3+ years of experience with aircraft maintenance regulatory requirements
- Willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally (50%)
- Current U.S. passport
