Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of leadership experience (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completed Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
  • FAA A&P License or the aircraft years and experience necessary to obtain an FAA Repairman's certificate
  • 3+ years of experience in aircraft delivery, maintenance repair, and/or Aircraft on Ground (AOG)
  • 3+ years of experience with aircraft maintenance regulatory requirements
  • Willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally (50%)
  • Current U.S. passport
