Job Summary
Direct maintenance planning, inspection, repair, and servicing of assigned aircraft and associated support equipment. Plan and schedule work assignments, workloads, and maintenance procedures while analyzing reports to determine specialist requirements. Coordinate with supply, operations, and other maintenance activities to improve procedures and resolve problems. Maintain, complete, and process Personnel Management Reports including Attendance Reports, Medical Excuses, and Time Sheets. Manage personnel issues and conduct on-the-job training. Requires 10 years in AFSC 43171/452XX/2A373A with F-15 system support experience. Tax-free salary, shared accommodations, and transportation provided.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years' experience in AFSC 43171/452XX/2A373A, or equivalent maintenance specialty
- two years of experience associated with F-15 system support
- Qualification as an F-15 Aircraft Maintenance Specialist
- minimum of two (2) year experience in performing or supervising functions such as installation, repair, and modification or overhaul of aircraft, aircraft systems and components
- in-depth knowledge of policies and procedures relating to aircraft safety and training
- proficiency in communications skills necessary to write reports and conduct on the job training
- skills necessary to plan and schedule assigned resources to ensure aircraft are available to meet operational requirements
