Job Summary

Conduct flight training and ground school activities, including pre and post flight briefings, while assuring compliance with all authorizations and qualifications. Monitor client training delivery, suggest curriculum enhancements, and ensure accurate completion of all paperwork and electronic records. Manage matrix interactions with Sales, Customer Service, Scheduling, Human Resources, and Regulatory Affairs Officials to drive process improvement and customer satisfaction. Requires an Air Transport License, 1500 hours multi-pilot time, and ability to work flexible 24/7 hours within two hours of the facility.

Required Qualifications

  • Holds or held an Air Transport License/certificate, or equivalent
  • Holds or held relevant type rating with operational experience, or equivalent
  • 1500 hours or more total multi pilot time
  • Must live less than 2 hours driving time from the facility
  • Ability to work flexible hours in a 24/7 environment
  • Training and operations career in aviation related business acceptable to regulatory authorities

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an instructor
  • Experience on the following platforms: Embraer ERJ145: SFI/SFE, TRI/TRE
  • Experience on the following platforms: Embraer E190: SFI/SFE, TRI/TRE
  • Experience on the following platforms: Airbus A320: EASA SFE/TRE or UK Instructor with a Flight Instructor (FI) rating held on licence, which does not need to be current
  • Experience on the following platforms: Airbus A350: SFI/TRI
