Job Summary
Conduct pre and post flight simulator briefings and deliver simulator sessions in accordance with CAE, aircraft manufacturer, or customer Standard Operating Procedures. Provide flight instruction for licenses, type ratings, and certificates while completing client training records accurately. Recommend remedial training for clients not meeting progress, record simulator usage and discrepancies, and track the validity of instructional qualifications. Act as a subject matter expert for curricula creation, serve as an examiner or invigilator when required, and maintain instructor ratings in compliance with regulatory commitments. This part-time role involves 15 hours of work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in job-related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Passes in all Airline Transport Pilots License written exams
- Minimum experience required by the Regulatory Authority issuing instructor rating (CH-53 rating)
- Hold or has held a professional pilots' license
- A working knowledge of the relevant aviation regulations
- Fluency in English and German
Desired Qualifications
- Hold an existing instructor qualification or -rating issued by a Regulatory Authority desirable
