Job Summary
Conduct aircraft and crew scheduling for TransMedics missions by receiving flight requests, selecting aircraft, and coordinating with maintenance and dispatch teams. Manage crew schedules, adjust for training or availability issues, and ensure compliance with Federal Aviation regulations, NOTAMs, and weather alternates. Track crew duty times, complete daily logs, and submit post-flight expense reports while maintaining hangar availability and FBO coordination. Work in a 24/7 Command Center in Andover, MA, requiring flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in aviation, crew management, or customer service
- Knowledge of FARs in regard to Part 91/135 operations
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be flexible to the changing needs of the business
- Ability to work quickly, calmly, and under pressure
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to think outside the box
- Attention to detail
- Excellent oral/written communication and problem resolution skills
- Proficiency in using industry-specific software and tools
- Aptitude to learn new software
- Willingness to work nights and weekends and Holidays if required
- Good vision
- Good hearing
- Basic organizational skills
