Job Summary
Flight Records Registrar & Lead Analyst role supporting FAA Part 141 compliance and university standards. Coordinates flight course registration and scheduling with Scheduling and the Registrar, maintains and audits student flight training records, prepares FAA Form 8710 documentation, and serves as an FAA testing proctor. Provides front-line student support on registration, scheduling, and certification requirements, and collaborates with Flight Operations, Scheduling, and departmental leadership to improve training flow and ensure accurate documentation for audits and certifications.
Required Qualifications
- High School (or GED) level ability in grammar, spelling, basic composition, and math
- Analytical skills with Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Student Support, Advisory, Data Analytics or Admissions backgrounds/experience
- Read and comprehend instructions, write information, and complete simple forms
