Flight Paramedic

Conduct pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care from initial contact until patient care is relinquished, maintaining thorough documentation and completing electronic patient care records for each dispatched flight. Perform daily base checks including narcotic counts, attend pre-mission briefings and debriefings, and assist with liftoff checklists and pilot observation activities. Maintain competency through ongoing laboratory and clinical experiences while documenting licensure, certifications, and continuing education in the Employee Education Manual. Fill open or vacant shifts within the assigned area as deemed appropriate by the Regional Director, ensuring compliance with safety standards for self, medical personnel, patients, and equipment. Requires current EMT-P license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications, with a preference for FP-C within 24 months. Minimum of three years' experience in a 911 or critical care setting required.
