Job Summary

Conduct pre-mission briefings, liftoff checklists, and aircraft safety briefings while providing pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care. Complete electronic patient care records, daily base checks including narcotic counts, and mission debriefing documentation. Maintain competency through ongoing laboratory and clinical experiences and ensure compliance with safety standards for crew, patients, and equipment. Fill open or vacant shifts within the assigned area as designated by the Regional Director. Requires a current EMT-P license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and trauma certifications, with FP-C certification within 24 months. Part-time role includes one 24-hour shift per week with a $12,500 annual area stipend and company-paid crew housing.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a 911 or critical care setting
  • Current EMT-P license/certification in the states served by the assigned area
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS certification
  • PALS certification
  • NRP certification
  • Trauma certification
  • Flight Paramedic-Certified (FP-C) certification within 24 months from date of hire

Desired Qualifications

  • Instructor certifications in BLS
  • Instructor certifications in ACLS
  • Instructor certifications in PALS/PEPP
  • Instructor certifications in ITLS/PHTLS
  • NREMT-P certification
