Flight Paramedic

Conduct pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care from initial contact until patient care is relinquished to the accepting medical facility. Complete and submit electronic patient care records for each dispatched flight, maintain daily base checks including narcotic counts, and attend pre-mission briefings and debriefings. Assist with pre-mission liftoff checklists and pilot assistance activities as needed, ensuring compliance with all safety standards prior to liftoff. Maintain competency through ongoing laboratory and clinical experiences while documenting licensure, certifications, and continuing education in the Employee Education Manual. Fill open or vacant shifts within the assigned area as deemed appropriate by the Regional Director.
