Flight Paramedic

Conduct pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care from initial contact until patient care is relinquished, maintaining thorough documentation for each dispatched flight. Complete electronic patient care records, daily base checks including narcotic counts, and participate in ongoing laboratory and clinical experiences to maintain competency. Assist with pre-mission liftoff checklists, pilot assistance activities, and aircraft safety briefings while complying with safety standards for crew and equipment. Fill open or vacant shifts within the assigned area as deemed appropriate by the Regional Director. Maintain licensure, certifications, and continuing education records in the Employee Education Manual.
