Flight Operations Engineer

Flight Operations Engineer at EnduroSat's Space Operations Center responsible for day-to-day flight operations of our spacecraft, combining hands-on operational duties with engineering judgment to maintain healthy on-orbit performance. Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing spacecraft telemetry, investigating off-nominal behavior, identifying and mitigating operational risks, planning and executing payload commissioning based on operational documentation, developing, validating, and maintaining flight procedures and automation scripts for different operational flows, coordinating operational activities (passes, contacts, campaigns) and maintaining activity logs, and supporting anomaly investigations and continuous improvement of operational processes. Requirements include a technical degree, experience in time-critical operations, scripting proficiency, strong attention to detail, and ability to author technical documentation; knowledge of electronics testing and experience with C/C++ or Python are advantageous.
