Flight Operations and Aircraft Flight Dispatcher - SFO

Aircraft Dispatchers are sought to join the flight operations team. Core responsibilities include ensuring the safety and execution of assigned flights, preparing and filing computerized flight and ATC plans for international trans-Pacific/Atlantic routes, and providing comprehensive weather and operational briefings to flight crews. The role requires analyzing weather NOTAMS and ATC data to ensure safe operations and compliance with airline SOPs, collaborating with fellow dispatchers to maintain uninterrupted flight operations, completing and delivering reports on schedule, and ensuring compliance with airport regulations and airline requirements. Qualifications include FAA Flight Dispatch License, ability for students with flying hours to read weather/NOTAMS, proficiency with flight planning software (SITA/ARINC/LIDO/JEPPESEN/SABER), and the ability to complete airline-specific training. Experience in flight operations or related systems (e.g., pilot experience) is expected, with leadership and advanced education being pluses.
