Job Summary

Assess situations to determine the best course of action for supporting, monitoring, and treating patients in critical care. Utilize critical thinking to manage critically ill or injured adult or pediatric patients while supporting physicians' orders. Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked aircraft environment by performing regular equipment checks and complying with safety briefings. Collaborate effectively with air and ground teams, dispatch, and facilities to ensure seamless patient transport. Share shift change information and follow protocols to maintain accurate regulatory documentation. Work two 24-hour shifts per week with a starting salary of $119,800-$181,100 annually. A $10,000 sign-on bonus and $5,000 relocation assistance are available for candidates moving to the Greater Klamath Falls area.

Required Qualifications

  • Three years of experience in an Emergency or Adult Critical Care setting as a licensed RN
  • Current RN license in the states served by the assigned area
  • EMT Certification
  • Trauma Certification in state(s) where required
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS certification
  • PALS certification
  • NRP certification
  • Certified Registered Flight Nurse (CFRN) within 24 months from date of hire
  • Must be available for two 24-hour shifts per week
  • Must be willing to relocate to the Greater Klamath Falls area

Desired Qualifications

  • Live within 50 miles of Klamath Falls, OR
  • Prior flight experience
  • Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS
