Job Summary
Analyst to support Boeing 787 Program Delivery Center Operations Team with 100% onsite requirement; provide critical production support to the Delivery Center, improve production efficiency, safety and optimize product quality. Use technical knowledge and understanding of process flow to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by the responsible support organization. Conduct assessments of processes and practices against standards, analyze and interpret data, and provide feedback on assessment results. Assist organizations in identifying recurring and high-impact issues; support root-cause analysis and corrective action plans; facilitate ongoing coordination and tracking of open items. Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced teammates. Works under general direction. This position is expected to be 100% onsite at North Charleston, SC with a variable shift and potential relocation based on eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience with operations analysis or research
- 1+ years’ experience with root cause corrective analysis
- 1+ years’ experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 1+ years’ experience flight line operations
- 1+ year of experience working with customers
- Proficient in using CMES software
- Proficient in REDARS, PSDS, and BAC specifications
