Job Summary
FLIGHT DECK Program Manager leads development programs for leaders across manufacturing, owning end-to-end delivery from planning to sustainment; drives multi-modal solutions (asynchronous modules, virtual/in-person workshops, coaching/mentoring enablement), builds operating cadences (intake, roadmaps, capacity planning, risk/issue, release), partners with Learning Designers to create scalable content and facilitator materials, coordinates with the FLIGHT DECK Coordinator for logistics, engages site leaders/HR/SMEs, and drives adoption and measurable outcomes with data-driven improvements. Responsibilities require travel up to 50% and emphasize change management, stakeholder engagement, and governance of program metrics to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Responsibilities also include ensuring program compliance, data integrity, and managing budgets and vendor relationships as needed. The role supports plant and front-line leader development in manufacturing environments, with Lean manufacturing familiarity and ability to influence across matrixed teams. The base pay range is $142,000 - $200,000 with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus based on salary and plan performance. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; relocation assistance is not provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in program management, capability building, or learning/development within complex organizations)
