Job Summary

Design, implement, and sustain Standard Work for leaders and teams in Software & Sustainability, ensuring work content, sequence, and timing are clear and repeatable. Drive quality control of FLIGHT DECK fundamentals through continuous improvement in operating cadences and establish Daily & Visual Management routines that connect daily work to business KPIs. Partner with the CEO to translate strategy into an integrated operating calendar covering Monthly and Weekly Operating Reviews, Hoshin Kanri, and Daily Management System forums. Coach senior leaders on TAGS-based problem definition, root cause analysis using genba evidence, and countermeasure selection to drive SQDC outcomes. Promote 5S and visual workplace practices to make abnormalities visible and support Flow/Pull thinking by aligning work to customer demand. Requires U.S. Eastern Time business hours, up to 25% travel to Cincinnati, Boston, and Austin, and a Bachelor's degree with five years of lean operating system leadership experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading and applying lean, FLIGHT DECK, or similar operating systems, including standard work, daily management, problem solving, and operating cadences with a proven track record of delivering transformation and measurable SQDC results
  • Candidates must be able to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours
  • This position will require up to 25% travel, including frequent travel to Cincinnati, OH; Boston, MA; and Austin, TX
  • This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information
  • Employment will be contingent upon the ability to prove that you meet the status of a U.S. Person as one of the following: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, have been granted asylee or refugee status
  • Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a drug screen (as applicable)
  • Employees may also be subject to random and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing
  • This role will require in-person attendance for New Hire Orientation on Day 1

Desired Qualifications

  • Significant experience in operations, product management, software or digital, sustainability programs, or related functional areas
  • Experience in GE Aerospace or a comparable industrial or technology environment
  • Demonstrated skills in KPI management, bowler design, and problem‐solving facilitation such as problem‐solving reports and kaizen
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with comfort leading cross‐functional forums and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with sustainability, software, digital products and related business models
