Job Summary
Maintain professional communication with operational channels and distribute incoming information to affected departments. Ensure production processes, quality standards, and deadlines are met to hand over high-end products to aircraft crew without delays. Conduct physical counts, pack additional equipment, and confirm special meals are correctly assigned for each flight. Identify procedures for improvement and submit suggestions for efficiency and customer care. Work in a fast-paced environment, including 50% time inside a cooler/refrigerated area, while adhering to mandatory airport security clearance and TSA requirements.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work 50% of the day inside a cooler/refrigerated area
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and with a diversified clientele
- Capacity to work well within a team as well as exhibit leadership skills
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Computer literate
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience preferably in customer service
- Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures
- Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs
- Must successfully complete the mandatory airport security clearance process for their assigned location
- Must meet all TSA and U.S. Customs requirements
- Must obtain the appropriate airport-issued identification badge (e.g., SIDA, AOA, or equivalent)
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience preferably in customer service is beneficial
