Job Summary
Maintain professional communication with different channels and distribute all incoming operational information to affected departments. Ensure production processes, quality standards, and deadlines are met to hand over high-end products to aircraft crews without delays. Conduct physical counts, pack additional equipment, and confirm special meals are correctly assigned for each flight. Identify procedures for improvement and submit suggestions for efficiency and customer care. This role requires working 50% of the day inside a cooler/refrigerated area and handling varying temperatures while walking long distances. Applicants must complete mandatory airport security clearance and possess a valid driver's license. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

- Capacity to work well within a team as well as exhibit leadership skills
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Computer literate
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience preferably in customer service
- Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures
- Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs
- Must successfully complete the mandatory airport security clearance process for their assigned location
- Must meet all TSA and U.S. Customs requirements, as outlined in 49 CFR §1542.209
- Must obtain the appropriate airport-issued identification badge (e.g., SIDA, AOA, or equivalent), in accordance with local airport authority regulations
