Job Summary
Manage and review all operational aspects of every Jet Linx booked flight, acting as the primary contact for Base Teams and Fleet Management on operational questions. Review each booking for runway conditions, NOTAMS, curfews, and reservation requirements, then obtain and confirm airport parking permits and FAA Arrival or Departure slots. Coordinate with crew on technical stops, customs, and aircraft logistics including de-icing and hangar rentals, while performing FBO assignments and notifications. Complete daily operations reviews, distribute crew briefings, and assist pilots with flight planning and fuel purchasing. Maintain updated weather patterns and understand the Emergency Response and Safety Management plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years of aviation experience
- Previous Part 135 experience with high volume and/or large fleet size
- Ability to obtain a U.S. driver's license
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Ability to work flexible, non-standard hours
- Must be able to move up to 25 pounds on an infrequent basis
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with general aviation flight operations and Flight Operation System (FOS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of the company and its customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Self-motivated and willingness to take initiative to research and resolve problems
- Ability to multi-task and complete work within assigned timelines under minimal supervision
- Ability to work with frequent changes in procedures, directions, and outcomes
