Job Summary
Conduct pre-flight safety briefings, manage cabin readiness, and coordinate catering orders to ensure a safe, discreet onboard experience for HP executives and guests. Respond calmly to emergency situations while maintaining strict compliance with FAA regulations and company policies. Prepare aircraft for each flight, manage inventory, and deliver personalized service with high levels of discretion and professionalism. Collaborate closely with pilots and ground support teams to support efficient flight operations and handle non-routine situations requiring sound judgment. Maintain accurate records of flight logs and inventory while adapting to rapidly changing schedules and priorities.
Required Qualifications
- FAA Flight Attendant Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Flight Attendant (corporate/private aviation preferred)
- Strong knowledge of in-flight safety procedures and hospitality service standards
- Flexibility to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid passport with ability to travel internationally
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Based in San Jose, CA with frequent domestic and international travel
- On-call availability required; schedule may vary significantly
- Work performed onboard corporate aircraft and in aviation facilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in corporate or private aviation environments
- Culinary training or advanced knowledge of food and beverage service
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Familiarity with international travel protocols and customs
