Job Summary
Flight Assistant Coordinator supports operational coordination between the FBO, OCC, flight followers, and clients; maintains flight activity records, invoices, and reports; assists the Coordinator with tasks such as hotel bookings, car rentals, catering, and customs; stays informed on industry trends and best practices in flight coordination; requires strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills in French and English, familiarity with aviation regulations and flight-ops software, and the ability to work irregular hours in a fast-paced environment. The role is based in Dorval, Quebec with remote work options.
Required Qualifications
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and handling flight-related information
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple flights and priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages French and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders and teams
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures related to flight operations is an asset
- Proficiency in using flight operations software, scheduling tools, and computer systems
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status
