Job Summary
Conduct individual repairs, address insurance claims, and modernize apartments, bathrooms, and kitchens. Perform maintenance work on existing residential properties while maintaining a customer-friendly and competent demeanor. Requires a completed vocational training in tiling, paneling, or mosaicking, along with Class B driver's license and flexibility for self-directed work. Full-service vehicle and modern tools provided.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in dem Gewerk Fliesen-, Platten- und Mosaikleger/in oder in einem vergleichbaren Gewerk
- Führerschein Klasse B
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in der Bestandspflege von Wohnimmobilien wünschenswert
