Independently develop tooling solutions, 3D structures, and engineering drawings, then coordinate with test engineers for verification and prototyping. Manage sampling, trial production validation, and manufacturing assembly processes while analyzing issues to improve test efficiency and stability. Maintain design standards, technical documentation, and BOMs. Requires 3+ years in mechanical design with a focus on test tooling, proficiency in SolidWorks or Creo, and experience with CNC and pneumatic mechanisms.
