FlexSteel - Repair Technician

Repair Technician for FlexSteel Pipe responsible for preventive maintenance and repair of company assets (products, equipment, and inventory) within an assigned region. Perform planned and unplanned repairs and maintenance to equipment on site and in a warehouse setting; maintain facility cleanliness and safety; conduct regular inspections to identify malfunctions and propose corrective actions; adhere to TPM & Preventive Maintenance guidelines; maintain documentation of maintenance issues for historical data; support receipt and inspection of materials; ensure assets, tools, and load outs are available to meet customer service expectations; manage inventory with focus on min/max levels; process orders/transfers with correct part numbers; ensure proper receipt and invoicing per policy; travel to remote locations and work in field/industrial environments; implement cost-reduction initiatives through efficient utilization of materials and resources. Requirements include technical education or equivalent experience, forklift operation, forklift certification preferred, ability to read and interpret safety/directions, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with standard office software. Safety and environmental compliance are emphasized, with PPE usage and adherence to safety protocols. This role is located in Hobbs, NM and is an on-site/field-position with potential travel to remote sites.
