Job Summary
Lead Hydro and Respool operations within the Pipe Completion department by coordinating daily work-center activities, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Provide hands-on operational support for hydrostatic testing equipment, high-pressure pumps, and ancillary tools while overseeing machine setups, production runs, and process inspections. Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned shift, communicating instructions between team members, the Manufacturing Manager, and the Engineering team. Deliver leadership, coaching, and training to Lead Operators and Operators to promote skill development and consistent execution of standard work. Conduct regular audits of work centers to verify adherence to safety protocols and standard work requirements, while assisting with troubleshooting, problem-solving, and inventory management for line tools and consumables.

- Associate's Degree (A.A. or A.S.) or better
- 4 years hands-on Hydrostatic Testing and/or spooled product packaging and/or End Fitting/Connection installation or swaging experience in a manufacturing environment
- Industrial Technical School with 6 years hands-on Hydrostatic Testing and/or spooled product packaging and/or End Fitting/Connection installation or swaging experience in a manufacturing environment
