Coordinate care for residents and clients across intramural sites and home care locations in Aalsmeer, Badhoevedorp, and Hoofddorp. Select your own working hours and locations, ranging from 4 to 8 hours per week, while delivering trusted support to our population. Manage daily care tasks within your assigned team to ensure a pleasant day for every resident. This flexible arrangement offers a maximum of 36 weekly hours with a direct conversion to a fixed-term contract upon suitability. Candidates must hold a diploma in care or be enrolled in a relevant study.
