Job Summary
Support residents with daily care tasks including washing, dressing, eating, and medication administration while observing for signs of distress and escalating to colleagues when necessary. Collaborate with families and care professionals to maintain a safe, welcoming environment that promotes resident autonomy and well-being. Manage flexible scheduling by selecting available shifts through the internal system and submitting service plans at least one month in advance. This role offers a 3-hour contract for 7 months with opportunities to extend hours, earning between €16.24 and €21.79 gross per hour depending on certification level.
