Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one stretching sessions using customized protocols to improve mobility, flexibility, posture, and overall wellness. Educate clients on recovery, injury prevention, and body awareness while building strong relationships that encourage loyalty. Collaborate with front desk and membership teams to welcome new clients and maintain an inviting atmosphere. Participate in ongoing education and training within a culture focused on personal growth. Work in a collaborative, energetic studio in Metuchen, NJ, offering competitive hourly pay, paid downtime between sessions, and commission opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Certification in: Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Human Movement, or similar
- Fitness Certification from: NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF
- Licensed Professional: Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer
- Credentialed in Movement Disciplines: Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance, with strong anatomy and movement training
Desired Qualifications
- CPR/AED Certified (or willing to obtain)
- 1+ year of experience in fitness, wellness, or hands-on client care
- Solid grasp of functional movement and anatomy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused studio setting
