Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one, science-based assisted stretching sessions designed to improve flexibility, enhance recovery, and prevent injury. Educate clients using knowledge of anatomy, mobility, and movement mechanics while building rapport to ensure long-term improvement. Work as a team with front desk staff to maintain a welcoming, professional environment. Available Monday through Saturday for specific evening and afternoon shifts, earning $20 to $25 per hour with paid time even if not booked.
Required Qualifications
- A degree or certification in kinesiology, exercise science, sports medicine, human movement, or a related field
- A current certification from NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF
- A license as a physical therapist, physical therapy assistant, massage therapist, chiropractor, or athletic trainer
- A movement background in yoga, Pilates, barre, or dance with strong anatomical training
- You must be available for a combination of the following hours: Monday 12 to 8, Tuesday 12 to 8, Wednesday 8 to 1 and 3 to 8, Thursday 8 to 1 and 3 to 8, Friday 8 to 1 and 8 to 3, Saturday 8 to 1
Desired Qualifications
- CPR and AED certified, or willing to obtain
- At least one year of experience working with clients in fitness, rehab, or wellness
- Clear communication skills and a professional attitude
- Team focused and enthusiastic about client success
- Passion for helping people live stronger and healthier lives
