Job Summary
Guide clients through customized one-on-one assisted stretching sessions while educating them on anatomy, posture, and recovery. Build lasting relationships by creating an experience that makes clients feel seen, supported, and excited to return. Welcome new clients, collaborate with sales, and participate in ongoing team workshops and real-time learning within a fast-paced, supportive environment. This role blends science and human connection to help people unlock their full potential, offering competitive hourly pay plus commission, tips, and paid time even when not booked.
Required Qualifications
- A degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Human Movement, or a related field
- A current certification through NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF
- A professional license as a Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer
- A movement background in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance with formal anatomy training
- At least one year of hands-on experience with clients in fitness, wellness, or therapy
- A deep understanding of functional movement and human anatomy
- A natural way with people and a passion for coaching
- A team-first attitude and love for a high-energy environment
Desired Qualifications
- CPR or AED certification (or willing to get it)
