Job Summary
Deliver personalized one-on-one stretch sessions using anatomy knowledge to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance physical performance. Guide clients through posture correction, recovery strategies, and body awareness while collaborating with front desk and sales teams to welcome members and foster an inclusive, high-energy environment. Build lasting relationships by creating motivating experiences that drive client retention. Maintain continuous growth through in-studio mentorship, national certifications, and workshops to advance your skillset.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or a related field
- Current certification from: NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF
- Licensed Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer
- Movement background in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance with anatomy knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- CPR/AED certified or willing to become certified
- 1+ years of experience in fitness, bodywork, or therapeutic environments
- Solid understanding of functional movement, anatomy, and mobility
- Friendly, dependable, and team-focused mindset
- Open to feedback, growth, and collaboration
