Job Summary
Conduct 25 to 60-minute assisted stretch sessions using PNF, dynamic, and static techniques tailored to individual client needs. Educate clients on mobility, posture, injury prevention, and functional movement while fostering strong, positive connections to drive results and retention. Collaborate with front desk and sales teams to ensure a seamless client experience from first stretch to membership renewal. Participate in ongoing education and in-studio training to sharpen skills in the movement and recovery field. Required Qualifications
- Degree or certification in: Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Human Movement, Sports Medicine, or a related field
- Current certification from: NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF
- Professional license as a Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer
- Recognized credential in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance with anatomy training
Desired Qualifications
- CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 1 or more years of experience working with clients in fitness, therapy, or wellness settings
- Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement patterns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player mentality with a proactive, can-do attitude
