Job Summary
Deliver personalized, one-on-one assisted stretching sessions using proven techniques to help clients reduce pain and increase mobility. Educate clients on mobility, recovery, posture, and performance while building relationships that encourage repeat visits. Collaborate with the sales team to champion the brand and convert first-time visitors into loyal members. Maintain expertise through ongoing education, team trainings, and hands-on experience in a collaborative, high-energy studio environment.
Required Qualifications
- A degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Human Movement, or a related field
- A current certification from NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF
- A professional license as a Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer
- A credential in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance with human anatomy training
Desired Qualifications
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with clients in fitness, therapy, or wellness
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and functional movement
- Excellent communication skills and natural rapport-building ability
- A team player attitude with a positive, professional presence
- Readiness to work hard and have fun doing it
