Job Summary
Adhere to plant and corporate safety rules by reporting concerns and completing daily housekeeping assignments. Execute press make-ready procedures using Job Tickets and Product Specifications to ensure correct cylinders, inks, substrates, and tooling. Operate the flexographic press to produce labels while maintaining quality, waste control, and efficiency through critical checks on copy, color, registration, and ink adhesion. Perform all required equipment maintenance, clean plate and cylinder components, and input material usage data into the GlobeTek system. Complete all quality checks related to product specifications, visual, and functional standards per BRC guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years as a printing press operator experience and/or training
