Job Summary
Operate a servo-driven narrow web Flexographic Digital Hybrid Press to produce high-quality labels, including setup, substrate loading, tooling installation, and plate mounting. Adjust ink distribution, speed, and drying chamber temperature while troubleshooting print issues to minimize downtime and material waste. Perform routine maintenance such as oiling, cleaning, and minor repairs to ensure equipment efficiency. This second-shift role requires proven experience with Mark Andy, Nilpeter, MPS, or Omet presses, strong attention to detail, and the physical ability to lift and stand for extended periods.
