Job Summary
Operate and maintain a flexographic press on 3rd shift, performing setup and make-ready tasks with anilox rollers, plates, inks, and dies to ensure optimal print quality. Conduct quality checks, document adherence to specifications, and assist in training team members. Maintain a clean, safe workspace, follow LEAN principles, and support continuous improvement, safety, and cost-reduction efforts. Requires ability to read and interpret documents, perform basic arithmetic, and use hand tools; standing/walking for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs are expected. Starting pay is $30.90/hour with benefits and potential overtime; eligibility includes drug screening prior to start and compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years’ related experience
- ability to read and write simple instructions
- ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals
- ability to perform basic arithmetic
- proficient use of hand tools
- good attendance
- ability to work overtime as needed
